Role Overview

The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and driving organizational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to align operations with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s operations strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari business regulations and international operational standards.
• Proven track record of managing complex operations successfully.
• Expertise in process optimization, supply chain management, and organizational efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
