  • Review and audit the implementation of monthly payroll calculation procedures for Corporation employees.
  • Audit the calculation of end-of-service benefits in accordance with the Dubai Government Human Resources Law and its amendments.
  • Review financial statements related to monthly salaries, leave balances, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Prepare deduction statements for external entities (courts and government departments) and coordinate with the concerned authorities to transfer the amounts to their respective accounts.
  • Audit pension deductions for UAE Nationals and GCC citizens and prepare the final related statements.
  • Review and audit the payroll database and ensure its alignment with the Human Resources Planning System database.
  • Coordinate to obtain the necessary approvals for monthly salaries and entitlements.

Qualifications


  • Master’s / Bachelor’s / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

  • A Master’s degree does not require prior experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree requires two years of experience in payroll, benefits, and end-of-service calculations or equivalent.
  • A Diploma requires eight years of experience in payroll, benefits, and end-of-service calculations or equivalent.
