Applications are now open for the position of Chief People and Change Management Officer to commence in either our Albury or Orange office as soon as practicable.

Key Responsibilities

The purpose of the Chief People and Change Management Officer (CPCMO) is to provide executive leadership to shape and deliver a people first culture across a diverse and geographically vast human services organisation.

The CPCMO will lead workforce strategy, organisational development, and cultural transformation to build an engaged, inclusive, and high performing workforce aligned with the organisation's mission to improve lives through human services.

About You
  • Demonstrated extensive HR leadership experience in large, multi site or regional human services or health/community organisations
  • Proven success in leading organisational culture and workforce transformation
  • Strong knowledge of Australian industrial relations, WHS and sector legislation
  • Demonstrated leadership in diversity, equity and inclusion frameworks
  • Strategic ability to align HR initiatives with organisational goals
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and executive advisory skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or Business Administration is highly desirable
  • Experience supporting workforce integration following mergers or acquisitions
