Job Tittle: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Dubai, UAE


POSITION OBJECTIVE


The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding the market share for the company’s digital consulting services. The CSO will oversee all sales operations, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.


Strategic Sales Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in digital consulting services, including cloud solutions, AI/ML, data analytics, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.

Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Define and implement sales methodologies, forecasting models, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and scalability.


Revenue Growth & Business Development

Build and expand strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, government agencies, and technology vendors.

Drive account-based selling strategies, ensuring high-value engagements with key clients and large enterprises.

Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion rates to optimize the sales funnel.


Client Relationship Management

Develop strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

Work closely with delivery and technology teams to align sales efforts with client needs and ensure seamless implementation of solutions.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.


Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Implement training programs to enhance the team’s knowledge of digital transformation trends and emerging technologies.


Collaboration with Other Functions

Work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with branding and lead generation initiatives.

Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of sales commitments with service capabilities.

Partner with finance and legal teams to structure competitive pricing models and contract negotiations.



BACKGROUND

WORK EXPERIENCE

20+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in digital consulting, IT services, or technology sales.

Proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar sales growth and managing enterprise client relationships.

Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud computing, AI, analytics, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in leading global sales teams and working in multi-geographical markets is a plus.


EDUCATION

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Preferred : Advanced degree in business, management, or a related field


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

Proven experience leading business development and managing P&L for large accounts or business units with portfolios exceeding $100M (annual revenue run-rate).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to cultivate strong relationships with client executives and key decision-makers, influencing strategic partnerships.

High level of business acumen and financial literacy

Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and align strategic initiatives.

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Proven ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.

Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
