Chief Specialist - Digital Marketing

Job Description

  • Leading technical operations for website development projects, including main and sub-sites and landing pages, with a focus on enhancing user experience, user interfaces, and technical performance.
  • Preparing detailed execution plans for digital marketing projects (such as advertising campaigns, search engine optimization, email marketing, etc.).
  • Ongoing coordination with digital marketing, design, content creation, and development teams to efficiently execute projects and digital campaigns and achieve the defined objectives, ensuring execution according to the plan.
  • Managing project and campaign timelines, assigning tasks, and distributing responsibilities among relevant teams.
  • Managing allocated project budgets and ensuring they are not exceeded.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports on project progress, achieved results, performance analysis, and metric tracking, while providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving challenges and issues during project execution.
  • Overseeing the development of user interfaces and systems, ensuring responsive design, adherence to SEO best practices, and optimal loading times.
  • Managing content management system platforms and domain configurations, ensuring compliance with corporate branding and information security policies.
  • Preparing data-driven dashboards and performance reports to measure campaign outcomes, analyze user behavior, and interpret heatmaps.
  • Optimizing websites and landing pages to increase lead generation rates, improve conversion rates, and ensure mobile compatibility.
  • Implementing tagging and tracking strategies, and integrating analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to monitor performance and effectively enable retargeting.
  • Leading technical integration processes with supporting tools (third-party APIs, marketing platforms, etc.) to ensure seamless user experience and enhance automation and operational efficiency.
  • Providing technical support during digital campaign launches, ensuring all digital assets and infrastructure are ready to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Executing quality assurance processes, conducting technical testing, and performing regular platform maintenance to ensure performance continuity and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or an equivalent field from an accredited university.
  • Professional certification in Project Management.
  • 11 years of experience in technical roles in web development within a digital marketing environment.
  • Familiar with data visualization tools for reporting, such as Google Data Studio and Tableau.
  • Experience in web accessibility (WCAG) and compliance standards.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional technical projects.
  • Understanding of marketing performance indicators and how to support them technically.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and accountable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Strong experience with content management systems (WordPress, Sitecore, etc.) and domain/DNS management.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Experience in SEO, search engine marketing, analytics, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and lead generation strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM system integrations and automation tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and integrating marketing technologies within a digital marketing environment.
