Job Description:
Advice on Human Resources and Development programs.
Advice on enhancing career and performance management infrastructure, system and procedures.
Advice on developing strategic plans, objectives and KPI for all activities, projects implemented by the directorate functional departments as per RTA vision, policy, rules and regulation.
Support in implementing of programs through the corporate Human Resources staff.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Advice on selection of Human Resources consultants, insurance brokers, pension administrators, training specialists, labour counsel, and other outside sources.
Develop processes of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and manpower forecasting throughout the organization. Evaluate plans and changes to plans. Make recommendations to senior management.
Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.
Develop Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide a balanced program throughout all SBUs and advise senior management on Human Resources policies, programs and issues.
Support in developing Human Resources policies and procedures, administration and general services, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits and payroll and training departments’ functions, budget preparation, and related activities.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in business administration / management/ HR from a recognized University. Skills

Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Knowledge of organizational planning, recruitment management, compensation, employee relations, and training.
Minimum 11 years relevant experience as the Senior Human Resources executive of a large organization.
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
Well-developed administrative skills and IT management is preferred.
Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
