Job description:
Job purpose: To establish and ensure the implementation of hygiene policies and procedures in kitchens, stores, dishwashing and all the food preparation areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the maintenance and cleaning of every F&B service area and kitchen equipments.
- Provide guidelines to the subordinates with respect to their duties and make sure that they are in accordance with the prescribed policies & procedures.
- To achieve the targeted financial goals by minimizing costs without comprising on hygiene.
- To ensure the timely supply of all the operating equipments and maintain the updated record of F&B Equipment Inventory Book in collaboration with the Store keeper.
- To provide functional assistance at outlets when needed during peak periods.
- To make sure that the Department is covered with staff during the operation.
- To set standards for cleaning procedures as per company policies and coordinate them with store keeper and all the relevant areas personnel.
- Responsible for the maintenance of F&B areas to be pest free all the time and proper administration and disposal of waste.
- Supervises employees for the proper safety policies and ensure their implementation as well.
- Investigate reports and maintain follow ups for any incident occurred.
- Responsible for the overall administration, operation and coordination of Stewarding Department.
Working relationships:
- Interact with all the stewards, and concerned personnel of the department

- Mostly outdoor working environment
Job requirements:
Qualification: Comprehensive knowledge of sanitary guidelines and dish machine operations.
Skill: Proficient in written and spoken English, effective communication skills, and ready to handle pressure and deal with people at all levels.
