This is a
part-time consulting role
with flexible hours. The engagement will begin with an intensive upfront time commitment to establish frameworks, processes, and positioning strategy, then transition into ongoing part-time support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Positioning & Messaging
-
Define and articulate the unique value propositions of Digital United and its individual entities of professional services, media buying and SaaS offerings.

Refine brand positioning and content syndication strategies: audiences, messages, frequency, and campaigns.

Translate complex strategies into clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.

Conduct market and competitive research to identify differentiators and refine positioning.

Oversee and partner with DU entity execution resources.
Go-to-Market Strategy

Define outreach and engagement across full sales funnel with emphasis on lead generation

Advise on B2B marketing spend allocation (e.g., maximizing ROI on digital campaigns such as LinkedIn, Google Ads) and partnership channels

Develop and execute marketing programs including tradeshows, thought leadership, speaking engagements, gated content, and blogs to drive awareness and leads.

Build a comprehensive social media strategy and oversee execution. Ensure websites and social channels across all entities communicate the right story, updated with relevant assets and messaging.

Establish CRM best practices, dashboards, and reporting that track pipeline and business development impact

Support and mentor junior execution resources on best practices

Define and create repeatable, data driven processes.
Brand Oversight and Alignment

Ensure entities remain on brand and continue to evolve based on marketing and competitive landscape

Oversee building of compelling, C-suite-ready marketing materials, case studies and other assets aligned to brand promise and differentiation points

Identify and support effective cross marketing opportunities

Serve as the connector who brings leadership across entities together to seize client opportunities and showcase our combined capabilities.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED:

15+ years in creative strategy, brand consulting, or B2B marketing communications, ideally in agency or consulting settings.

Proven track record of developing brand positioning and go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable results.

Exceptional B2B storytelling skills—both written and visual—with experience creating client-ready presentations that resonate at the C-suite level.

Strong understanding of the full funnel—from awareness to lead generation—with expertise in digital marketing, social media, and campaign planning.

Skilled in CRM systems, dashboard development, and reporting best practices.

Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills; adept at orchestrating senior leaders across functions and entities.

Ability to establish frameworks quickly, bring clarity to ambiguity, and equip teams to execute effectively.
COMPENSATION:
