Chief Technician – Toyota Master Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technician (Toyota Master Technician) to lead and manage workshop operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Certified Toyota Master Technician or Toyota Professional Technician.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Toyota Technician.
• Advanced expertise in vehicle diagnostics and use of diagnostic equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Toyota mechanical, electrical, and hybrid systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, administrative, and time management skills.
• Ability to write technical reports and conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and dispatch repair orders based on skill level, priority, and deadlines.
• Monitor work progress to ensure timely and first-time-right repairs.
• Support technicians in complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Conduct quality control inspections and reduce repeat repairs.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department.
• Maintain tools, special service equipment, and workshop safety standards.
• Lead, motivate, and train technicians.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Maintain clear communication across departments and identify sales opportunities.
