  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in technology management, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven record in implementing cloud-based infrastructure (preferably AWS) and leading digital transformation projects.
  • Experience in EdTech development, learning management systems, and large-scale data management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital learning ecosystems.
  • Background in non-profit, education, or development sector will be an advantage.

Travel Requirements

  • Occasional travel within Pakistan and potential international engagements under global programs (e.g., AWS SEA Program).

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

· Design and execute ITA’s digital transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals and growth priorities.

· Represent ITA at global technology and innovation forums, including the AWS & Deloitte SEA Program.

· Take the lead on development and scale up of solutions backed with technology across all provinces to improve access, monitoring, and learning outcomes.

2. Technology Development & Management

· Lead the design, development, and implementation of ITA’s Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance scalability and data-driven decision-making.

· Ensure optimal utilization of cloud computing, data systems, and digital learning platforms for programs such as Chalo Parho Barho (CPB), Accelerated Learning Programs, and Digital Classrooms.

· Lead the development of data systems and explore the integration of AI and predictive analytics for improved learning insights and program monitoring.

· Oversee IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity frameworks to ensure reliability and compliance.

· Integrate and automate systems across HR, finance, and program management platforms for greater organizational efficiency.

3. Team Leadership & Capacity Building

  • Build, mentor, and supervise a high-performing IT and digital innovation team.
  • Foster digital literacy and data-driven culture across all departments.
  • Provide guidance and training to program teams on cloud-based solutions and digital applications.

4. Partnerships & Innovation

· Strengthen and expand partnerships with technology leaders such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Deloitte, and other EdTech innovators.

· Identify, test, and scale innovative digital solutions to improve learning outcomes and organizational performance.

· Cultivate relationships with global accelerators, research networks, and innovation hubs to advance ITA’s EdTech agenda.

5. Governance, Risk, and Compliance

· Develop and enforce IT governance policies, including data protection, cybersecurity, and ethical use of technology.

· Ensure compliance with national and international ICT standards, data privacy regulations, and donor requirements.

· Oversee vendor and contract management for all technology-related procurements and licenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
