About YABA Technology

YABA Technology is building GRAMSys, a next-generation restaurant operating platform originally developed to run YABA’s multi-concept restaurant group.

We are now scaling GRAMSys into a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform to be offered to restaurants, hospitality groups, and franchises.

We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to own the technical architecture, scalability, and engineering execution of the platform.

This is not an IT support role.

This is not a project manager role.

This role is for a hands-on system architect and engineering leader.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Technology & Architecture

Own the technical vision and architecture of GRAMSys

Design and maintain a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform

Ensure scalability for:

Multi-branch

Multi-brand

Multi-country operations

Define cloud infrastructure, security standards, and performance benchmarks

Engineering Leadership

Lead and structure the engineering team

Define coding standards, CI/CD, testing, and release processes

Decide on in-house vs outsourced development

Ensure system stability, uptime, and reliability

Execution & Delivery

Translate product requirements into technical execution

Own delivery timelines and technical quality

Balance speed with long-term scalability

Identify and reduce technical debt

Security & Governance

Implement role-based access control and data isolation

Maintain audit logs and traceability

Ensure data security and compliance best practices

What We Expect in the First 90 Days

Conduct a full technical audit of GRAMSys

Identify scalability, performance, and security gaps

Finalize multi-tenant architecture

Stabilize infrastructure and deployment pipelines

Prepare the platform for first external client pilots

Required Experience

-8+ years in software engineering

-Experience as CTO, Head of Engineering, or Senior Technical Lead

-Proven experience building or scaling SaaS platforms

Strong knowledge of:

Multi-tenant architecture

Cloud infrastructure

APIs and integrations

Security and data isolation

Nice to Have

Experience with ERP, POS, HR, or operational systems

Experience in restaurant or hospitality technology

Startup or scale-up environment experience
