Are you a hands-on tech leader ready to shape the future of Conversational AI in Healthcare?

we are looking for a dynamic Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology vertical and drive our US-based business operations from Noida. We are a high-growth health-tech startup leveraging Voice and Text AI to transform patient communication globally.

As CTO, you will own the end-to-end architecture, manage an 8–10 member engineering team, and work directly with the Founder to define our technical roadmap.

What You’ll Do

Technical Leadership: Own the architecture and deployment of AI-driven voice/text platforms.

Hands-On Coding: Actively contribute to the core codebase (Python/FastAPI) and lead code reviews.

AI Innovation: Guide RAG pipelines, LLM prompt optimization, and integrations with OpenAI, Gemini, and Mistral.

Client-Facing: Interface with US-based hospitals to translate requirements into technical deliverables.

Team Building: Mentor and expand a high-performing engineering team.

What We’re Looking For

Core Stack: Expert-level Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django).

AI/ML Depth: Proven experience with LangChain, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.

Infrastructure: Solid expertise in AWS/GCP, Docker, and CI/CD.

Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage technical operations A–Z.
