Who I’m Looking For

I’m seeking a co-founder who is genuinely committed to building and scaling a company from the ground up, and who treats the venture as their own.

You should be someone who:

• Is deeply dedicated to building and growing a startup
• Has strong product thinking with solid engineering and UX/UI sensibilities
• Is comfortable with early-stage uncertainty, ownership, and responsibility
• Owns outcomes, not just assigned tasks
• Thinks long-term and operates with a founder’s mindset
• Can lead complete product, design, and technology direction
• Can architect and execute end-to-end technical development
• Drives product roadmap, execution, and continuous iteration
• Builds and leads the tech and design team as the company scales
• Has 1–3 years of relevant experience; highly motivated freshers with strong fundamentals are also welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,781.75 - ₹126,603.62 per month

Work Location: Remote
