Role Overview

The CTO will be responsible for setting the company’s technical vision, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring that Toth Tecnologia LLC remains at the forefront of technological innovation. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap and strategy.
• Oversee software development, IT infrastructure, and systems integration projects.
• Lead innovation initiatives in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive growth and competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari technology regulations and international standards.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for technology projects.
• Mentor and develop engineering and IT teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for new products, services, and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari technology regulations and international best practices.
• Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and systems integration.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
