Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Verseau Web is seeking a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team. The CTO will be responsible for driving the company’s technological vision, overseeing the development of innovative solutions, and ensuring the optimal functioning of all technology-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of technology systems and infrastructure.
• Lead the technology team in designing and scaling the company’s products and services.
• Monitor technology trends and assess their applicability to the company’s business model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology into all business operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role, especially in the digital space.
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and infrastructure management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and drive change within teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Compensation:
Hourly Salary: 130 -* 260 SAR*, based on experience.
