Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s overall technology and engineering strategy
• Lead platform architecture, software development, and infrastructure teams
• Drive innovation in cloud computing, distributed systems, and scalable platforms
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems
• Oversee engineering best practices, DevOps, and agile delivery models
• Align technology initiatives with business objectives and growth targets
• Manage technology budgets, investments, and vendor relationships
• Build and mentor high-performing global engineering teams
• Establish governance for system reliability, cybersecurity, and compliance

Candidate Profile (Requirements)

• Proven experience as CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar executive role
• Strong background in large-scale system architecture and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Deep expertise in software engineering, DevOps, and platform development
• Experience leading global engineering teams and complex projects
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align tech with strategy
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Track record of driving innovation and delivering scalable solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
