About the Role

CGG KWT is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the Oil & Gas sector. This role requires a strategic leader with proven expertise in managing complex projects, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving operational efficiency in line with client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Direct and manage multi-disciplinary EPC projects from initiation to completion.
• Strategic Planning: Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSE standards, contractual obligations, and local regulations.
• Team Development: Mentor and guide project managers, engineers, and support staff to achieve project goals.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs, cash flow, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline).
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and international EPC standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.

Pay: RO3,500.000 - RO5,200.000 per month
