Job Description:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Digital Transformation & Cloud Sovereignty is a strategic executive position responsible for driving the technological vision and strategic direction within the organization. This role demands a seasoned leader who possesses a deep understanding of digital transformation strategies and cloud sovereignty principles. The successful candidate will leverage advanced technologies and innovative methodologies to steer the organization towards achieving operational excellence and competitive advantage in the digital landscape. This position requires exceptional expertise in both technology and business acumen, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. The CTO will also be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the organization’s vision and operational goals, while ensuring that all technological initiatives comply with local, national, and international regulations concerning data sovereignty and cloud services.
Job Requirements:

A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, specifically focused on digital transformation and cloud strategies.

In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, cloud computing (public, private, hybrid), and data governance models, particularly regarding sovereignty issues.
