Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation strategy across global business units
• Identify and execute operational, digital, and organizational modernization initiatives
• Design scalable operating models to improve efficiency and global performance
• Drive cross-functional alignment across operations, finance, HR, and technology teams
• Oversee change management programs and organizational restructuring initiatives
• Establish transformation KPIs and ensure measurable business impact
• Partner with executive leadership to define long-term strategic direction
• Evaluate global market opportunities and implement growth-enabling systems
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across transformation programs

Requirements

• 12+ years of senior leadership experience in transformation, strategy, operations, or consulting
• Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change or business restructuring
• Strong international or multi-market experience preferred
• Deep expertise in operational excellence, scaling systems, and enterprise strategy
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or global business leadership is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global executive environment
