What You Will Do

• Define and execute the organization’s overall technology vision and innovation roadmap
• Lead product engineering, software development, and platform architecture at scale
• Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, and advanced automation solutions
• Oversee cloud-native infrastructure, DevOps, and system scalability
• Ensure high standards in system performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology with business growth strategies
• Manage R&D initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and innovation teams

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology executive
