Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children, ensuring their well-being while fostering their growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children in a caring and supportive manner.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide guidance in behavior management to encourage positive interactions among children.
• Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, nap times, and hygiene practices.
• Support infants through attentive care, including feeding, diaper changes, and comforting.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in settings such as preschool, babysitting, or nannying is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support children's social skills.
• Ability to provide care for infants and toddlers as well as older children.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.
• A background in classroom settings or experience working with students is an advantage.
• A genuine love for children and commitment to their safety and development.
