Child Care Attendant

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care to children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate their development
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in your care
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Skills:
- Experience in infant care, early childhood education, or childhood development
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Ability to provide caregiving with patience and understanding
- Knowledge of classroom management strategies
- Previous experience in nannying or preschool settings is a plus
- Certification in first aid is preferred
- Ability to educate and engage children in learning activities
