Child Care Center Director

The Role
As Director, you'll be the driving force behind everything we do — from the people we hire to the experiences we create. You'll oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, curriculum development, and state licensing compliance. But beyond the logistics, you'll be the person who sets the tone — building genuine, trusting relationships with children, families, and the teachers who look to you for guidance and support.

What We're Looking For
You're someone who leads with both heart and skill — organized and driven, but also warm and approachable. You'll bring:

• Hands-on, progressive experience in early childhood education, with Director, Assistant Director, or management experience strongly preferred
• Advanced education in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills — you genuinely enjoy working with and supporting others
• A self-directed work style with strong problem-solving instincts
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks, plus the ability to pick up new software quickly
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
• A Class E (chauffeur's) driver's license — or willingness to obtain one — for occasional transportation needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
