What You'll Do

As the Child Care Director, you’ll take on a leadership role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our child care center. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with all state regulations and safety standards.
• Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that foster children’s growth and development.
• Managing and supporting a team of child care professionals, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
• Building strong relationships with families, addressing their needs, and maintaining open communication.
• Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records.

What We’re Looking For
