Child Care Giver

This nanny position is for someone who is currently looking for part time employment during the work week 8:30 am to 12:30 noon on Mondays and Fridays in Laguna Hills. Must have these two days available for nanny shift only.

The nanny should be flexible and helpful with toddler childcare. Must have at least 3-5 years of toddler care for the bundle of joy who is 2. It’s a plus if the nanny speaks Spanish, Arabic and or French.

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for toddler in a safe and loving environment

- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as reading and singing

- Prepare bottles for toddler, ensuring they are nutritious and meet any dietary restrictions

- Diaper changing and holding toddler the correct way at all times

- Maintain a clean and organized play area

- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, discipline, and any specific care needs

- Ensure the safety of toddler at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving, babysitting, daycare, or childcare roles
- Experience working with toddlers
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and ability to handle minor injuries or emergencies
- Familiarity with age-appropriate developmental milestones and activities

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents
- Patience and understanding to handle challenging behavior or situations calmly
- Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
