Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and fun teacher to join our early childhood education team. The team member must be able to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children in their care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children's lives.
- Nurture, care for and provide supervision to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Monitor and document each child's progress, behaviors, and milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly desirable but not required
- Ability to lift, bend, and move comfortably with young children
- Certifications such as First Aid are preferred but can be provided upon hiring
- Required background checks and clearances
- Demonstrated ability to nurture, care for, and engage young children in a safe and supportive manner

Pay and Hours
- Starts at $12.50 and goes up with experience, advance schooling, degrees, or teaching certifications.
- Full time open availability between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm
- Part time 12:00 pm-5:30 pm
