Child Care Provider

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and fun teacher to join our early childhood education team. The team member must be able to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children in their care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children's lives.

• Nurture, care for and provide supervision to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Monitor and document each child's progress, behaviors, and milestones
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary
• Collaborate with colleagues
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly desirable but not required
• Ability to lift, bend, and move comfortably with young children
• Certifications such as First Aid are preferred but can be provided upon hiring
• Required background checks and clearances
• Demonstrated ability to nurture, care for, and engage young children in a safe and supportive manner

Pay and Hours

• Starts at $12.50 and goes up with experience, advance schooling, degrees, or teaching certifications.
• Full time open availability between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm
• Part time 12:00 pm-5:30 pm
