Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and physical development
• Monitor children’s health, hygiene, and nutrition needs, including diapering, feeding, and nap routines
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns
• Support positive behavior management strategies to foster cooperation and emotional regulation
• Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures diligently to ensure a secure environment for children
