Child Care Provider/Babysitter

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Club4Kids Attendent to support the development and well-being of children in a nurturing environment. This role involves engaging with children of various ages, ensuring their safety, and fostering a positive learning experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong caregiving skills, and be committed to creating a safe and stimulating atmosphere for kids. Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to safety protocols
• Assist with diapering, potty training, and basic hygiene routines
• Foster positive social interactions among children and encourage good behavior
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies

Qualifications

• Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, daycare, nannying, or teaching roles preferred
• Certification in first aid and CPR highly desirable
• Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, and general caregiving practices
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with kids
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• Reliable transportation is preferred but not mandatory

C4K attendant will supervise children and provide a safe and fun-filled experience while their parents are using the Wichita Country Club facility.

Hours needed: Tuesday/Thursday 4:00-8:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am-12:00 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
