```Duties```
- Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum for children in the child care center
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the child care center, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to child care staff, including training and professional development opportunities
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Collaborate with parents and families to support their involvement in their child's education and development
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with community organizations and agencies related to child care
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in an educational setting
- Experience in education administration or higher education teaching is a plus
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, staff, and community members
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Familiarity with licensing regulations and compliance requirements for child care centers
