Child Care Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating young children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering their development. This role involves working with Infants and Toddler children in a supportive environment that promotes learning through play and structured activities.

Duties
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development.
- Foster a positive learning environment through effective classroom management techniques.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal serving, nap time, and personal hygiene.
- Engage children in play-based learning to enhance their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space that is conducive to learning and exploration.
- Administer first aid when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

-Maintain and follow our policies and procedures and State Regulations for childcare licensing

Experience
- Proven experience in childcare or related fields, such as nannying or working in childcare setting a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to varying situations while maintaining a calm demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
