Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Child Care Teacher to join our team! In this role, you will create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes early childhood development. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help children explore, learn, and grow through engaging activities and personalized care.

Duties

• Implement age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development for children
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times
• Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and transitions between activities
• Use positive behavior management techniques
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
• Keep accurate records of children's activities

Skills

• Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies PREFERRED
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is a plus
• Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive learning atmosphere
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
