Child Care Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role is essential in shaping the minds of young learners and providing them with the foundational skills necessary for their future academic success. The Teacher will work closely with students, parents, and staff to create an engaging and supportive atmosphere that promotes literacy, creativity, and personal growth.

Duties-

• Foster a nurturing environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with co teachers to provide an excellent learning environment for children in the class.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and needs. We tell the parent 3 things about their child’s day at pick up: 1. What they ate for lunch, 2. one thing they did during the day, and 3. How their overall day went.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience working in preschool, daycare, or private school settings is highly desirable. Not required, but will be highly looked upon if so.
• Knowledge of child welfare practices and special education strategies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. Communication with parents at pick up and drop off is a must.
• A passion for educating young children and a commitment to fostering their emotional and intellectual growth. We want to hire someone who WANTS to be involved with the children And wants to be here.

***No experience is absolutely necessary but pay will depend on experience! Will have training before doing the job on your own!
