Pack Fitness for Kids, the premier children’s fitness facility in the Jacksonville area, is seeking energetic, athletic, and fun-loving individuals who have a sincere passion for working with children. This is a very active role that requires hard work and hustle—but it’s also incredibly rewarding! At our award-winning facility, we help children grow physically, cognitively, and emotionally while building their confidence and self-esteem.

Job Requirements

• Genuine love for working with children
• Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, etc.)
• OR background in performance/service fields (acting, drama, waitressing, childcare, teaching, etc.) with the right personality
• Experience working with kids (e.g., preschool teacher/assistant, daycare, sports camps, after-school programs, etc.)
• High energy, friendly attitude, and strong work ethic
• Creativity and a positive, team-oriented mindset
• Availability on weekdays and weekends
• Clean background check
• Willingness to train—we’ll teach the right candidate with the right personality!
