Seeking a kind, dependable Child Respite Provider for two young brothers on the autism spectrum. Support will occur in their home. The boys are mostly non-verbal and thrive with consistent routines, patience, and gentle care. Experience with autism and non-verbal communication is strongly preferred. Looking for someone calm, confident, nurturing, and trustworthy who can create a safe, supportive environment.
The boys enjoy: toys, toy cars, water play, and people-watching.

Location: Weston, WI
Wage: $17.70 per hour/$259.32 per day
Shift: 80 hours per month
4 days per month – prefer Saturdays or Sundays
Responsibilities:
- Care/Supervision/Companionship
- Effective non-verbal communication strategies, visual support or other provided tools.
- Cares: Toileting (assistance child with wiping/clean up), Meal Prep/snacks
- Redirect and deescalate behaviors as needed while being patient and calm
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, & auto insurance
- Previous experience working with special needs children/Autism
- Willing to undergo a background check prior to hire
