Location: Kiddie Academy of St. Peters
Kiddie Academy of St. Peters is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our early childhood education center.
This role is the first point of contact for families, staff, and visitors, and plays a key role in keeping our center running smoothly, professionally, and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist parents, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries
- Support enrollment, student files, and documentation
- Assist with billing, tuition processing, and administrative tasks
- Maintain organization of the front office
- Help coordinate vendor visits and ensure required documentation is collected
- Support leadership and staff with daily operational needs
Qualifications:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with basic computer and office systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
