Childcare Afternoon Toddler Teacher

Qualified applicants must be 18 or older, dependable, energetic, positive and patient. This is a licensed childcare program, working with 8 Two year olds. You must pass a background check, fingerprinting, physical and drug test, all of which are paid for by the Y.

You will be required to pass CPR/First aid, and complete 12 online training hours per year.

This part time position is for 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday.

This position will be in a classroom with up to 8 two year olds and include:

• supervising, engaging and interacting with children
• providing ongoing communication with the families
• maintain a clean, safe, organized classroom
• complete neccessary paperwork for the food program and licensing
• be a team player
• have consistent attendance- be on time and keep absences to a minimum

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
