Childcare Center Program Supervisor, Site Assistant Director

We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor or a Site Assistant Director to oversee our childcare center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience in toddler/preschool care, childcare, and classroom/center/staff management.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the childcare center
- Develop and implement educational programs to promote child development
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Supervise and support staff members in their roles
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress

Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Strong ability to educate and engage with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field is a plus
