Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess the skills necessary to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, while promoting their development through engaging activities and structured learning experiences.

Duties

• Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, and naptime for children of all ages.
• Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging curiosity and exploration.
• Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space to ensure a healthy environment.
• Collaborate with other caregivers or educators to support children's individual needs.
