We’re currently looking for warm, dependable, and experienced In-Home Babysitters and Respite Care Providers to support families with children ranging from newborn to 17 years old. Whether you’re building a career in childcare or looking for meaningful part-time work, this is a perfect opportunity to make a real difference.

✅What You'll Do:

• Provide safe, nurturing, and engaging care in family homes
• Interact, play, and create fun experiences with children of all ages
• Follow family routines while bringing your own creativity and warmth
• Use monthly craft/activity kits provided by A Helping Hand

✅Pay & Perks:

• Starting at $22.00/hr with daily opportunities for bonuses and raises

✅ What You Bring:

• Age 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of hands-on childcare experience (paid/professional)
• Education or training related to early childhood or youth care preferred
• CPR, BLS & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s License, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation
• TrustLine registered or eligible for Live Scan background clearance
• Kindness, professionalism, and a genuine love for kids!
