Child Caregiver/Childcare Provider/Nanny/Professional Babysitter

Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and responsible Child Caregiver to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, has strong communication skills, and is committed to supporting their daily care and development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and light meal preparation.
• Help with daily routines, including dressing, hygiene, and naps (as appropriate).
• Maintain a clean and organized play and care area.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about the child's day and any concerns.
• Transport children to and from school or activities, if required.
• Follow household rules and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience caring for children, either professionally or personally.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, patient, and trustworthy.
• Ability to pass a background check.
