Duties

• Provide attentive supervision and nurturing care for children of different ages, ensuring their safety at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, diapering, and nap schedules for infants and toddlers
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate teaching to promote development
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored caregiving strategies and working closely with families or specialists

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, nannying, or teaching roles
• Knowledge of child development stages for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children
• Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
• Ability to perform light cleaning duties related to childcare areas effectively
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
• Reliable, energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to providing high-quality childcare
