Nanny/Caregiver

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Nanny/Caregiver to provide attentive, nurturing care for children of various ages, from infants to preschoolers. This role involves creating a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop essential life skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and passionate about fostering positive growth in children while managing daily routines and household tasks with enthusiasm. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning and tidying up after children’s activities
• Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, following safety protocols to handle emergencies effectively
• Assist with daily routines such as diapering, dressing, nap times, and potty training

Qualifications

• Must have vehicle
• Proven experience working with children in roles such as babysitting, nannying, daycare work, or teaching
• Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool activities, and child development principles
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid from recognized organizations
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
• Ability to cook simple nutritious meals and perform light cleaning duties efficiently
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude that fosters trust and positive relationships with children and families
• Reliable transportation is preferred to ensure punctuality and flexibility in scheduling
