What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)
As a caregiver, you’ll help create a safe, happy place where kids can learn, explore, and just be kids. Your days will be filled with:
- Keeping children safe, supported, and smiling
- Teaching essential life lessons through guided play and hands-on activities
- Helping kids grow socially, emotionally, and academically
- Making memories that matter—for them and for you
We’d Love It If You Have:
- Experience working with children in childcare, daycare, or classroom settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education or child development
- First Aid certification (a plus!)
- Classroom management skills and a calm, patient approach
- Background in babysitting, nannying, or caregiving
- Great communication skills and a big heart for kids
Your Day-to-Day Mission:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and fun daycare environment
- Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities
- Keep classrooms structured, engaging, and positive
- Provide first aid when needed and care for each child’s well-being
- Partner with parents through open, friendly communication
- Keep learning and growing through ongoing professional development

Job Essentials:
- Ability to perform First Aid and CPR (with training)
- Ability to detect dangerous situations for children in groups.
- Ability to immediately run and retrieve a child who runs out of a door.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions concerning a child’s safety.
- Ability to stay awake and alert for the duration of a workday.
- Ability to drive a vehicle (if required by the job you are applying for) safely and effectively without impairment.
- Ability to provide an environment that is physically, mentally, and emotionally safe and stable for the children in our care.
