Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management strategies.
- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental stages of toddlers, preschoolers, and early learners.
- Monitor and assess individual student progress through observations and standardized testing to inform instruction and support early intervention efforts.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and specialists to support child welfare and address individual needs effectively.
- Manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining safety standards and ensuring a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Incorporate classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and social skills among students.
- Support children with special education needs by adapting lessons and providing targeted assistance as needed.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to track developmental milestones in areas such as language acquisition, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Foster an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and promotes equality in learning opportunities.
Qualifications
