Childcare Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Childcare Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic educational environment. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management strategies.
• Plan and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental stages of toddlers, preschoolers, and early learners.
• Monitor and assess individual student progress through observations and standardized testing to inform instruction and support early intervention efforts.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and specialists to support child welfare and address individual needs effectively.
• Manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining safety standards and ensuring a respectful learning atmosphere.
• Incorporate classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and social skills among students.
• Support children with special education needs by adapting lessons and providing targeted assistance as needed.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to track developmental milestones in areas such as language acquisition, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
• Foster an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and promotes equality in learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and specialists.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons that cater to various learning styles while incorporating standardized testing when necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering a safe learning environment.
