Childcare Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. This role involves implementing engaging curricula that promote the holistic development of young learners, ensuring their safety, well-being, and growth.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate, faith-based curricula that support childhood development and literacy education.
• Create lesson plans that incorporate various subjects, including math, physical education, and special education needs.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Provide individualized attention to children, including those requiring early intervention or special education support.
• Foster communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns related to child welfare.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings.
• Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for toddlers and preschool-aged children is desired.
• Demonstrated ability in classroom management and behavior management strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
