Just 4 Us Childcare & Learning Center — an award-winning early childhood program in St. Charles County — is hiring multiple Full-Time Childcare Teachers at both our St. Peters and O'Fallon locations. What You'll Be Doing

As a Just 4 Us teacher, you'll create a warm, stimulating classroom where children feel safe to explore, ask questions, and grow. You'll build real relationships with the kids and families in your care, support school readiness through engaging, age-appropriate activities, and collaborate with a team of educators who share your passion.

Who We're Looking For

You're organized, dependable, and bring a nurturing energy to everything you do. You're creative in the classroom, patient under pressure, and genuinely excited about child development. Whether you're just starting your career in early childhood education or you're an experienced teacher ready for a fresh start — we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous childcare or daycare experience strongly preferred
• Experience in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and TB test
• CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain upon hire
• Must meet all Missouri state childcare licensing requirements

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
