Childcare Worker

Overview
Burn Boot Camp Highlands Ranch is looking for caring and compassionate Childcare workers who have experience caring for children ages eight weeks to twelve years old. We are committed to providing top quality care and a welcoming environment that reflects the Burn commitment to the community. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times; administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies
• Support classroom management by maintaining a structured environment conducive to learning and play

Ideal Candidate

• Caring and compassionate
• Patient
• Able to remain calm in difficult situations
• A good communicator
• Able to lift 30-40 pounds
• Preferred to have a valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Preferred to have experience in child care
