We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Children’s Activity Attendant to ensure a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children participating in club activities. The selected candidate will supervise children, coordinate recreational programs, ensure their safety and well-being, and maintain a clean, organized activity space.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members’ children to the designated activity area and manage smooth registration procedures.
- Collect applicable fees for facility usage and special events in accordance with club policies.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure safe, positive, and respectful behavior.
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities.
- Provide basic First Aid assistance when required.
- Maintain accurate daily attendance, activity, and incident records.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines to ensure a secure environment.
- Prepare daily reports including attendance, incidents, feedback, and payment details.
- Enforce club rules and procedures consistently and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards within the activity area.
- Promote a welcoming, positive, and engaging atmosphere for both children and parents.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional studies in child development are an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within recreational, educational, or hospitality settings.
- Experience working with children in structured activity-based environments.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Female candidates preferred.
