Chiller Operator

Plastic Industries is seeking an experienced Chiller Operator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in operating and maintaining industrial chillers within a plastic manufacturing environment.

Position: Chiller Operator

Experience Required: 15+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial chiller systems efficiently
• Ensure optimal temperature control for plastic processing machinery
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Identify and rectify faults to minimize downtime
• Maintain operational logs and maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience as a Chiller Operator (preferably in plastic industries)
• Strong knowledge of industrial chiller systems, compressors, pumps, and cooling towers
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Good understanding of safety procedures and preventive maintenance
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
