Chiller Technician

• Perform installation, operation, and maintenance of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers (screw, centrifugal, scroll, absorption, etc.).
• Conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control system faults in chillers and associated HVAC systems.
• Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance as per schedules.
• Inspect, test, and adjust chiller components, including compressors, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and control panels.
• Monitor system performance, refrigerant levels, pressures, and temperatures; take corrective measures when necessary.
• Handle refrigerant recovery, charging, and leak detection in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation of service reports, checklists, and repair history.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all work.
• Provide technical support to clients, site teams, and junior technicians.
• Recommend improvements in system efficiency and energy savings.
